Never done the chiro thing, and was hoping he'd snap-crackle-pop my back and all would be well. No improvement that I can detect. Impatient, I know. Back again in the morning.
Jim, I have been doing the combo thing with massage and chiro. Your glutes really pull on the lower back when climbing hard. Get a good massage to loosen and relax the back and glutes. Then when you get adjusted..your tight mucsles won't disrupt the work your chiro did. No expert but I have experienced some relief that way. Good Luck
